Love this place but this is the second time I’ve come and they’ve been short staffed. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered and that I got my ice cream. And that was after I had to ask about it because we got skipped. The workers are so nice and work so hard but are set up for failure.

This was my first visit to this location AND LAST. We came here to celebrate my grandson’s birthday. The sign in the window clearly states free samples all day everyday. There is a total of 8 of us that came here. We wanted to try samples as it states and the young lady got irritated as we were requesting samples. Her reply was she is going by what her manager advised them that only 4 samples can be given per group. To my disappointment that is not what your sign says on the front of your store and I will NEVER come to this location to spend my money as we are patrons and were treated horribly. The sad part is we still purchased 7 Italian ice cream. I work customer service for over 35 years and this was clearly not customer service. CHANGE YOUR SIGN IF THAT IS NOT THE CASE!

Usually I can come an get great customer service and good ice cream. Unfortunately it was a bit different tonight. First just some advise to young people! RULE 1# DON'T STAND UP AND ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS!!!! IT'S YOUR REPETITIVE CUSTOMERS THAT KEEP YOU WITH A JOB! SO STOP TRYING TO HAVE THE LAST SAY, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR MISTAKE FIX IT WITH AN APOLOGY AND KEEP IT MOVING!!! SO Jeremiah's Italian ice, we would love to have you guys continue growing in North Macon, but the customer service experience has to do better!

I absolutely LOVE the sour green apple italian ice!!!! I will keep coming often!!! My only complaint is they don't have straws. I hope they gets straws soon because it's extremely hard to eat with a spoon and drive.

Fun little ice cream shop with lots of choices of ice and mixes and toppings. Located in North Macon towards the back of a small shopping center. The area is quiet and doesn’t get a lot of through traffic which is great if you have small kids that tend to roam. Have visited here a couple times on a Sunday evening in October. I definitely believe there needs to be more than 1 person working in the store at a time. The sweet young person was definitely doing her best with a smile and positive attitude, but it was just way too much for her to control the register and make the ice cream. The store wasn’t crowded at that particular time, but if anyone came in with a family of 4 or more, it would definitely be a problem. Limited seating on the inside but outdoor benches and tables with umbrellas if the weather is nice. I had the mango ice with swirl ice cream and my friend had the orange ice with vanilla ice cream. We both agreed that the mango and orange flavor were a little off, kinda leaves a weird aftertaste. So I’m not sure what the artificial flavoring is, but it’s definitely not sugar-free as there are sugar free options on the menu. Despite the somewhat-off taste of the
